Refund policy

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS — STEMS OF WONDER

All Stems of Wonder boxes, including the Spring Wonder Subscription and Late Bloomer Box, are prepaid, seasonal products prepared in advance. Because seeds are selected, sourced, and packed ahead of time:

• Orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, paused, or exchanged.
• We don’t accept returns, including if you’ve grown a particular variety before (we never repeat the same variety within a single subscription.)
• All seeds are carefully selected for quality and viability, but we can’t guarantee germination, as results depend on growing conditions beyond our control.

If something arrives damaged or doesn’t seem right, just get in touch — we’ll do our best to help.
