Refund policy

Stems of Wonder products are prepaid and, in many cases, seasonal or prepared in advance. Because seeds, packaging and stock are planned ahead:

• Orders are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, paused or exchanged for change of mind.
• All seeds are carefully selected for quality and viability, but we can’t guarantee germination, as results depend on growing conditions beyond our control.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect or doesn’t seem right, please get in touch at hello@thestemsproject.co.nz and we’ll help put it right.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
